Film Poster Planning
The tilte of the film will be here
The main image will be of female protagonist, with a sad expression holding onto her heart, with petals coming out and making a heart.
This poster was inspired by the feature length film 'Perfume'. I liked the idea of having the petals being the only colour on the poster with the rest having a grey theme to it.
I will have cast and institutional information here, there won’t be much due to having a singular actor and it’s a short film.
I would like to have a slogan in a form of an inspirational message here, because my film's message is aimed to inspire people.
Something short but impacting.

This poster was inspired by the feature length film 'Star Trek-the future begins'. I liked their use of images of characters fading into one another, with one being the central one in the middle.
All the images will be of the female protagonist but at key moments in the film e.g. when she is about to cut her wrist, when she touching her face and when she is taking of her hood.
I would like to embed a picture of Megan texting on the phone as technology is an important tool in my film considering I touch on internet dating and societal construction of love.
This poster was inspired by alot of feature length films who have the charcters facing eachother, it's something simple and typically connotes love or fondness.

The main image will be of female protagonist facing herself, the image will be of when she raises her hand to touch her face/ mirror thus having it symmetrical will look like she is about to touch herself/her fingers.

Cast/Institutional information
The background will be dark but not too dark, maybe using navy/ midnight blue theme. In the background there may be the image of stars in the galaxy/ night-time sky as it would give the poster an Luminescent look/vibe.

The background will have a faded sky or just a simple black background as I want the prime focus to be on the image.

PHOTOSHOOT PLANNING
I've decided to go with poster design number 1 because I feel it's the most relevant to my theme of loving yourself and self-acceptance, also I like having one pop of colour with the rest of the poster in a black and white effect.
Additionally, based on audience feedback majority picked the first poster desgin.

The photoshoot planning was essential as it enabled me to be prepared for everything that i'll need on the day of the shoot. Also having more than one poster idea through planning meant i'm prepared incase i decide to change direction halfway.
