Magazine article film reviews have a bigger sense of professionalism as they are targeted to a niche audience that subscribes/reads film magazines. An example of this professionalism is the graph thathighlights predicted interest in the fim.Magazine reviews are also sometimes harsher and more specfic as people who read them want complete blunt honesty about the film.
The language dosent just appeal to on specific audience, however those that very familar with steve jobs are more likely to read the review.

When researching I found most reviews were online and by independent critics.

Charles Grant an film journalist, said " it's hard to gain media interest in films,therefore shorts are more to hone film maker skills. " For example Saw Franchise started out as a short film. He further said " As a critic he mostly deals with short films at festivals and competitions."
Considering I do not read magazines especially film magazines therefore a review is something completely knew to me it was important to do this research in order to know the purpose of a review and what the content may look like.
